Refund policy
We have a strict No Return policy, which means all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.
Exceptions for Damaged or Defective Items While we do not accept returns for change of mind, we want to ensure you receive a quality product. Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery.
To report an issue, you can contact us at support@kosmikflow.ca. Please include a photo of the damage or defect. If your claim is accepted, we will arrange for a replacement or a refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Items sent back to us without first contacting us regarding a defect will not be accepted or refunded.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us support@kosmikflow.ca.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please be aware that you are responsible for the shipping cost to return the item.
